For window cleaners

A route run-sheet for solo window cleaners

Lapsheet is a daily route run-sheet app: today's stops in order, notes and a checklist per stop, one tap to Apple or Google Maps, no accounts and no GPS tracking. Built for pool techs; window cleaners run their route the same way. Free to start on iPhone.

Most window-cleaning software is a whole CRM with invoicing, quotes and a customer portal, priced for a crew. If what you actually need in the van is today's stops in order and a button to Maps, that is all Lapsheet does.

Honest note: Lapsheet was built for pool techs and does not have repeat-every-N-weeks stops yet. If cleaners want that, it is the next thing we build. Tell us on the support page.

Window cleaning route app — FAQs

Is Lapsheet made for window cleaners?

Lapsheet was built for solo pool technicians, but the job is the same: a list of today's stops in order, notes and a checklist per stop, Done when finished, and a Navigate button that hands you to Apple or Google Maps. Window cleaners run it the same way.

Does it handle recurring customers (every 4, 6 or 8 weeks)?

Not yet. Today you add stops to the day's sheet yourself. Repeat-every-N-weeks stops are the first thing we will build if window cleaners tell us they want it; this page is how we find out.

Does it do invoicing, quotes or customer messaging?

No. Lapsheet is only the route. If you need invoicing and a customer portal, Jobber, Square or Housecall Pro do that, at a very different price.

Does it track me?

No background GPS, no office dashboard, no account. Everything stays on your phone.

What does it cost?

Free to download with a real free tier (about 20 stops and a few optimizes a day). Pro removes the limits for $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year in the US, one flat price per company; other countries see their local App Store price.
