Privacy Policy

Lapsheet (“Lapsheet,” “we,” “us”) makes a route app for pool service technicians. This policy covers the Lapsheet mobile app and this website. The short version: Lapsheet is built to collect as little as possible. No account is required, we do not track you in the background, and we never sell your data.

What the app collects

• Your stops and notes stay on your device. Pools, addresses, route order, checklists and notes are stored locally on your phone. They are not uploaded to us by default.
• Location.If you tap “start from my location,” the app reads your location once, in the foreground only, to order your stops. We do not collect background location, we do not store your location, and we do not transmit it to our servers.
• No advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers, no analytics SDKs in the app.

What this website collects

• Waitlist email. If you join the waitlist, we store the email address you submit (using Supabase as our database provider) for one purpose: to tell you when Lapsheet launches. We do not sell or share it. You can ask us to delete it anytime by emailing support@lapsheet.com.

Payments & subscriptions

Lapsheet Pro is sold through the Apple App Store and Google Play. We never see or store your card details — payment is handled entirely by Apple or Google. We use RevenueCat to confirm your subscription status so the app can unlock Pro features.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers strictly to operate the service: Apple and Google (app distribution and payments), Supabase (waitlist storage), and RevenueCat (subscription status). Each processes data only as needed to provide their function.

Children

Lapsheet is a tool for working professionals and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Your rights

You can request access to, or deletion of, any personal data we hold (in practice, that is only a waitlist email) by emailing support@lapsheet.com. Because the app keeps your route data on your own device, you can also clear it at any time by deleting the app.

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the “last updated” date above.
