These terms govern your use of the Lapsheet app and website. By using Lapsheet you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

Lapsheet helps pool service technicians organize and order their daily stops and hand off navigation to Apple or Google Maps. Route ordering is a best-effort convenience. You remain responsible for your own driving, scheduling, and service. Lapsheet is provided “as is,” and to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for missed stops, delays, fuel, vehicle, or other indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Accounts

The core app does not require an account — your data lives on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device secure.

Lapsheet Pro subscription

• Lapsheet Pro is an auto-renewable subscription, offered at $14.99 per month or $119.99 per year (introductory pricing; final pricing may change before launch and will be shown at purchase).
• Subscriptions are purchased and managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account. Payment is charged to that account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• For purchases on Apple devices, Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to break or reverse-engineer it, or use it to violate any law. We may suspend access for misuse.

Intellectual property

Lapsheet, its name, and its design are ours. Your route data is yours.

Changes

We may update these terms; we will update this page and the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
