For pool service techs

Pool route software

Lapsheet is pool route software for the technician on the truck: today's stops in driving order, notes and a checklist for each pool, and a hand-off to Apple Maps or Google Maps. It is a route tool, not a full service platform, and it does not track your location in the background.

Most pool software tries to run the whole business: billing, customer records, scheduling, a dispatcher map. That is the right tool for an office. On the truck you mostly need one thing: the next pool, and what to remember when you get there.

Lapsheet is built for that. Add your stops, tap Optimize for a nearest-next order, keep a note and a checklist on each pool, and open any stop in the maps app you already trust.

What the route software does

No background GPSIt does not track where you are. No live location map for anyone.
Look up by tap or voiceNext stop, what is left, stops with notes: answered from your phone, with no signal.

Pool route software — FAQs

What is pool route software?

Pool route software puts the day's pools in a sensible driving order and keeps what you need at each stop. Some products are full service platforms with billing, customer records and dispatch. Lapsheet does only the route part, for the person doing the route.

Does pool route software need GPS tracking?

Not to order a route. Lapsheet orders your stops from their addresses and hands each one to Apple Maps or Google Maps. It does not run background location tracking, so there is no live map of where you are.

Is Lapsheet a full pool service platform?

No, on purpose. There is no billing, customer portal or dispatcher view. If you need those, a service platform does them; if you need a clean route and notes per stop, Lapsheet is smaller and quicker to use.

How much does it cost?

The free tier holds up to 20 saved stops with 3 route optimizes per session. Pro removes the limits for a flat $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year per company, not per pool or per technician.

How does the route get ordered?

Lapsheet looks up the stop addresses online and orders your pending stops nearest-next. That is a simple shortest-hop order, not a guaranteed perfect route, so you can still move any stop up or down by hand.

Can I look something up on the route without signal?

Yes. Look up answers questions like next stop, what is left and which stops have notes, by tap or by voice, from the stops stored on your phone, so it works with no signal.
