GorillaDesk costs $49, $99 or $149 a month per route for its Basic, Pro and Growth plans (checked November 2026 on its pricing page). That buys a lot: invoicing, Stripe and Square subscription billing, online booking, a customer portal and more.

If you use those, GorillaDesk is worth it. If you mostly open your software to see today's pools and drive between them, Lapsheet does that one job for free, or $7.99 a month for Pro. It doesn't do invoicing, payments or chemical logs.

Pick GorillaDesk if…You bill customers from the software, want automatic subscription billing, run more than one route, or need a customer portal and online booking.

Pick Lapsheet if…You're solo, bill another way (QuickBooks, Square, cash or check), and want the day's stops in order without paying per route.

If you only need the daily route, Lapsheet is free to start on iPhone, with Pro at $7.99 a month or $59.99 a year in the US, one flat price per company. It does not do invoicing, payments, chemical logs or customer portals, so it only replaces GorillaDesk if you don't use those.

Can Lapsheet replace GorillaDesk?

Does Lapsheet track my location?
